1) I did not receive a confirmation email

Please make sure to check all the folders in your inbox including your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email info@theladyalliance.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.


2) I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address

If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address, please email us at info@theladyalliance.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Make sure to make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and the correct shipping address.


3) What is the store currency?

 The currency of our store is in CAD.


4) How long will shipping take?

If you are in the United States or Canada, shipping time will approximately be 1- 7 business days after you make the order. For all other countries, shipping time can take up to 10 business days! If you do not receive your order within the expected period of time, please reach out to us by submitting a message through the form in our Contact Us Page.

These shipping option do not include tracking. If you would like a tracking number with your order, please choose a paid shipping option that comes with a tracking number. Some paid shipping options don't come with tracking, make sure you choose the proper option that does come with a tracking number.
